With decades of experience in transformational coaching and a background in corporate sales, Jeanette helps women recognise the beliefs shaping their relationships, their self-worth and their ability to receive. During the week, she’ll help you explore love, money, boundaries and what you truly believe you deserve.

A former schoolteacher, Fiona is trained in EFT, TRE® and breathwork. During the week, she’ll help you reconnect with your body, release tension you’ve been holding for years and settle your nervous system.
